250 ml quinoa

1 chicken breast

1 English cucumber

1 red or yellow bell pepper

1 medium onion

1 green onion

5 sprigs of parsley

1 avocado

RINOCI mustard sauce

White Penja pepper (optional)

Vegetable oil
Preparation:

Cook the quinoa
Cook the quinoa over medium heat following the usual instructions. Set aside. ๐ -
Prepare the chicken
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Add the seasoning of your choice (Grassfield, Mandara, or Roumsiki). Add salt and white Penja pepper if desired.
Mix well, then grill in a hot pan with a bit of vegetable oil. Let cool afterward. ๐๐ฅ -
Chop the vegetables
Cut the cucumber, bell pepper, onion, green onion, parsley, avocado (and any other vegetables or seeds youโd like to add). Set aside. ๐ฅ๐ซ๐ฅ -
Assemble the salad
In a large bowl, combine:-
cooked quinoa

chopped vegetables

grilled chicken
-
RINOCI mustard sauce
Mix thoroughly until the salad is well combined. ๐๐ฅ
